1.3. The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Security & Rules
2.1. Each User is permitted to register and operate only ONE account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to abuse affiliate commissions or free bonuses is strictly prohibited.
2.2. If the security system detects multiple accounts from the same IP address or device, all linked accounts may be suspended without a refund.
2.3. The User is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and FaucetPay wallet addresses.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1. All deposits are final and non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions.
3.2. Deposit processing depends on blockchain confirmations. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or third-party gateways (e.g., FaucetPay).
3.3. Withdrawals are processed according to the limits specified on the withdrawal page. The Platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals for manual review if suspicious activity is detected.
4. Risk Disclaimer
4.1. Cryptocurrency cloud mining involves significant financial risk. The User acknowledges that past performance or estimated mining rates do not guarantee future profits.
4.2. Earnlitecoin is not liable for any financial losses, hardware failures, market volatility, or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) that may affect mining payouts.
4.3. Users should only deposit funds they can afford to lose. The Platform provides no financial, legal, or tax advice.
5. Anti-Fraud & Suspension
5.1. The use of bots, VPNs/Proxies, automated scripts, or any exploits to manipulate mining speed or affiliate balances is strictly forbidden.
5.2. Any attempt to hack, launch DDoS attacks, or inject malicious code into Earnliteco.in will result in immediate permanent IP bans and legal action.
5.3. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account found violating these terms without prior notice or compensation.
